Description Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) - Senior Living This position requires an active State Physical Therapist (PT) license. Applicants without a current PT license or who do not meet the qualifications to earn licensure will not be considered. HTS is currently seeking a Physical Therapist to join our team at a 5-Star CMS rated senior living community located in the historic Clifton area of Louisville, KY. This 113-bed facility offers a range of services, including skilled nursing, rehabilitation, memory care, and long-term care, A dedicated Health & Rehabilitation Center specializes in transitional care and post-acute recovery. The spacious and fully equipped therapy gym has state-of-the-art technology.
