Job Title Supply Chain Performance Leader Job Description: Shape and elevate end-to-end supply chain and repair performance by driving operational excellence at scale, unlocking cost and productivity improvements, and building a more resilient, data-driven and future-ready repair network across Philips. You are responsible for: Leads the strategic vision and execution of end-to-end supply chain improvement strategies, including supplier consolidation, regional repair optimization, and enhanced repair effectiveness, to ensure end-to-end process efficiency, cost reduction, and improved service reliability across internal and external repair partners. Builds and sustains a robust Operational Excellence framework, standardizing methodologies and processes across repair sites and business lines to ensure consistent, high-impact process optimization and productivity enhancement strategies from Plan to Payment across all supply chain functions and partners.
