Warehouse Supervisor

Job description

Description Duties/Responsibilities: This position includes future advancement opportunities. - Controls warehouse inventory and maintains database(s). - Coordinates and schedules the movement of inventory throughout the warehouse for HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical Installs. - Manages daily flow of finished products by modifying storage space assignments. - Manually handles, repacks, or restacks pallets of finished product as needed. - Operates forklift truck as needed. - Documents all related activities and completes forms and reports. - Performs other related duties as directed. Requirements: Required Skills/Abilities: - Must have 3 years of proven leadership experience. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Bilingual a plus. - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Decision making skills and emotional intelligence. - Basic understanding of or ability to quickly learn company product codes and terminology. - Thorough understanding of warehouse policies and procedures. - Good analytical skills and ability to make sound judgments relative to inventory. - Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times. - Must be able to pass a drug test.
