Business Analyst

Job description

Job Purpose: The Business Analyst plays a critical role in driving business performance by providing insightful analysis, strategic recommendations, and decision support to the Leadership Team, to the Brand strategies and tactics, and to the Strategic Account Management for upcoming launches and existing brands. This role involves the delivery of accurate and timely business intelligence and performance data, supporting key initiatives, and optimizing operational efficiencies focused around Sales Force Incentives, Sales Structures, Performance Management, and External Data and Market research. Additionally, the Business Analyst will be able to leverage their knowledge of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning and new technologies to drive the business to achieve greater efficiency.
