This role involves coordinating and optimizing the performance of staff, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards, and improving operational efficiencies to meet company objectives. The Operations Superintendent will work closely with other departments to align operations with the overall strategic goals of the organization. Detailed Responsibilities: Coaching & Development: - Builds strong working relationships with all Shift Managers, Supervisors, and employees and continually strives to help all levels grow and improve in their roles - Sets clear performance targets for Superintendents and discusses progress against plan on a daily basis - Ensures Shifts Managers are effectively utilizing all standard tools - Helps to create a coaching culture by providing both positive and developmental feedback to Shift Managers, Supervisors, and Employees - Assists all levels within the organization w...
