Summary: Omaha’s Henry Doorly Zoo & Aquarium is seeking guest-first, hospitality-focused Guest Services Associates with strong customer service skills who can confidently and professionally respond to a wide variety of situations to ensure guest satisfaction. Guest Services Associates play a critical role in shaping first and lasting impressions by warmly welcoming visitors, answering questions, assisting with the sale of general admission and memberships, and consistently following all ticketing and membership policies and procedures.
