The opportunity: As our Director in EY’s People Consulting team, you’ll lead complex, people‑centred transformations for a dedicated account in the resources sector. You will shape solutions, own delivery of end‑to‑end engagements, and help grow a strategic account through trusted relationships and commercial outcomes. Drawing on your breadth across people, workforce and organisation disciplines, you’ll partner with senior client stakeholders to translate business strategy into practical operating models, leadership and workforce outcomes that build capability and performance while aligning to EY’s purpose of building a better working world.
