We’re Hiring: Associate Relationship Manager Balentine is seeking an Associate Relationship Manager (ARM) who will work closely with our Relationship Management team. In this role, the ARM will support and collaborate with the firm’s Relationship Managers to provide a first-class experience to existing and prospective clients. The ARM will have direct client responsibility and must be able to maintain and cultivate strong networks with various functional teams within the firm, and in the existing and prospective client spheres of influence. The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience in the field of investment management and is a self-starter with both a proactive mentality and a growth mindset. The candidate should be highly professional and should possess excellent communication skills. We are an entrepreneurial organization with a successful track record of delivering consistent long-term investment returns achieved by demanding expectations, and we are looking for a candidate who would be enthusiastic to work in this environment.
