Job description

The Warehouse Supervisor is primarily responsible for providing leadership to a high-performing team, coordinating and planning daily operations, as well as the human and material resources required for warehouse activities. The Warehouse Supervisor ensures the implementation and maintenance of occupational health and safety policies and the achievement of high standards. Key Responsibilities: - Help maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering excellent standards in daily operational quality service related to the receiving, shipping, and logistics management of tires - Establish and meet operational objectives on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis - Continuously adjust work priorities based on operational needs, last-minute requests, or unforeseen situations - Proactively improve operational processes to achieve higher levels of efficiency and evaluate their performance - Ensure inventory accuracy - Maintain high health and safety standards - Act as an ambassador of high standards by enforcing policies and promoting company values among employees - Support the development of warehouse employees Success Factors: - Professional background: Minimum of 5 years of expe...
