Job description

Qualifications: - Greet and converse with guests to suggest or receive cocktail order - Prepare and serve cocktails to customers following hotel guidelines - Clean and organize bar to beverage department standards - Prepare order to replenish stock at bar to pre-determined par levels - Provide exceptional service to customers - Follow departmental cash handling policies and procedures - Prepare cocktails for cocktail servers - Knowledge of wine and champagne service at table games - Work station must be maintained and left stocked and cleaned for next shift - Garnish drinks - Ensure correct health and sanitation practices are followed - Ensure the correct glassware / stemware is used according to Beverage Department standards - Acknowledge every guest with a prompt and friendly greeting - Answer questions related to property correctly and professionally - Handle cash, credit cards and room charges in accordance with departmental procedures - Assist new employees with training and answering questions - Check ID's if the guest appears to be under 30 - Replace dirty ashtrays by capping off ashtrays with a clean ashtray - React to the needs of management for special host requests - Inf...
