Lead Endoscopy Technician Monday - Friday 5 x 8's or 4 x 10's hour days, with weekend, weeknights and holidays Job Description: Under general supervision of the Assistant Nurse Manager, coordinates the work of the Endoscopy Technicians in the performance of general Endoscopy Department responsibilities. Also performs the everyday duties of an Endoscopy Technician. Essential Duties & Responsibilities including but not limited to: 1) Collaborates with the Endoscopy Assistant Nurse Manager to formulate the daily staffing assignments for the Endoscopy Technicians. 2) Coordinates and oversees the everyday duties of the Endoscopy Technicians. Assures that these duties are performed timely and accurately and that staff members make the most efficient use of their time. 3) Trains new Endoscopy Technicians on department policies and procedures.
