Job description

SMX is seeking a mission-focused Senior Vice President (SVP) of ESS Solutions & Innovation to lead the strategic direction, growth, and continuous innovation of our Enterprise Solutions & Services business unit. This is a leadership role responsible for driving hyper-growth across our enterprise application, cloud, and digital transformation portfolio while expanding SMX's solution suite for DoD, Intelligence Community, Federal Civilian, and State & Local customers. The SVP of ESS Solutions & Innovation serves as the senior leader responsible for aligning technology solutions with mission outcomes, building and scaling high-performing products and solutions, and enabling client service delivery to our implementation staff and customers. The ideal candidate brings a proven track record of revenue growth, deep relationships across the regulated industries ecosystem, and the strategic acumen to envision and launch new solution capabilities that address evolving customer needs and leverage emerging technologies.
