Department: 38523 Enterprise Pharmacy - Pharmacy: Transitions of Care Services Acute Care Status: Part time Benefits Eligible: No Hou rs Per Week: 0 Schedule Details/Additional Information: Position has expectation of a mix of AM (6:30 am- 3:00 pm) and PM (1:00 pm - 9:30 pm) shifts, including every other weekend.
