Description Secure Parking Systems (SPS) provides parking lot management services including state-trained security staffing, secure access control, and advanced security surveillance. We are looking for a professional Grounds & Operations Porter to support daily parking operations and property upkeep through a variety of maintenance, cleaning, and operational tasks. Scope of Work: The Grounds & Operations Porter is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and overall appearance of parking facilities and surrounding property. This role supports daily parking operations by performing custodial, groundskeeping, minor maintenance, snow removal, and operational support duties. The position requires flexibility to assist with a variety of operational tasks including landscaping, property upkeep, equipment operation, bus fueling support, and winter weather response.
