UX Researcher

Job description

The UX Researcher (Program & Practice focus), is a full-stack researcher whose purview spans strategic research, cross-portfolio insights, and the systems that support a mature research organization. In this role, you will conduct mixed-methods research, identify trends across the product portfolio, and analyze participant and recruiting patterns to drive improvements in research quality, standards, and user access. You will act as a force multiplier for the team—enabling consistency, efficiency, and strategic alignment across all research functions. What you will do: Conduct evaluative and generative studies within specific product areas, delivering rapid insights to support design and engineering sprints. Partner with embedded UX Researchers and execute recurring research cycles according to established protocols, ensuring the steady collection of high-quality data for the evidence base. Apply and test new methodologies in the field, providing feedback on "playbook" usability and documenting workflows for team adoption.
