We are searching for a Physical Therapist -- someone who works well in a fast-paced setting. In this position, you will plan, evaluate, organize and implement Physical Therapy (PT) treatment programs in a developmentally and age-appropriate manner for patients ages 0 - adulthood. The developmental PT position will be primarily Acute Outpatient Rehab and the schedule will be: Monday 7:30-7, Tuesday 7:30-7, Friday 7:30-5, Saturday 7:30-1230 5 hours for documentation from home Job Duties & Responsibilities: As part of our commitment to maintaining a safe and healthy workplace, all successful candidates will be required to undergo respiratory fit testing in compliance with occupational health and safety standards. - Completes patient evaluations and reassessments in accordance with hospital and department guidelines - Develops an individualized plan of care based upon evaluation/reassessment findings according to hospital and departmental guidelines - Provides clinical support to assigned outpatient clinic or specialty program - Provides successful mentorship opportunities to less experienced staff (in area of specialty) as determined by evaluations comp...
