About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Systems Operations Engineer in Technology as part of Commercial and Corporate & Investment Banking Technology. This is a critical role within CCIBT Platform Management, responsible for supporting and troubleshooting loan accounting systems and managing code deployments within a controlled change‑management framework. The role includes providing on‑call support for production applications and partnering closely with internal teams and external vendors to investigate and resolve issues. Responsibilities also include supporting internal and external applications, delivering day‑to‑day support to business users, monitoring system health, and performing technical refreshes, application migrations, and business continuity (BCP) activities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical problem-solving skills, clear communication of status and progress, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast‑paced, high pressure environment while managing multiple priorities.
