Graco manufactures and markets premium equipment to move, measure, control, dispense and spray a wide variety of fluid and powder materials. What does that mean? This role is currently based at our Minneapolis office and will transition to our new headquarters in Dayton, MN, in 2027. The Compensation Analyst supports the design, administration, and analysis of compensation programs aimed at attracting and retaining world-class talent. Reporting to the Compensation Manager, this role partners closely with HR to deliver accurate compensation analysis, support annual compensation processes, and ensure programs are administered consistently and compliantly.
