SIGN-ON BONUS: $1,500 - This bonus will be paid out in two payments. The first half will be paid after 3 months of employment from your date of hire. The second half will be paid out after 12 months of employment Pay: $62,000 - $68,000: Schedule: 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM Location: On-site (T his position will cover two of our five Rhode Island clinics - Pawtucket, Middletown, Providence, Westerly, and Johnston.) Education Required: Must be a bachelor or master level LCDP The Clinical Supervisor oversees the clinical supervision of counselors in training or working towards certification/licensure and provides guidance to the counseling team. They help patients identify and leverage strengths for social, educational, and occupational goals, supporting their transition to a drug-free life. Reporting to the Program Director, the Clinical Supervisor ensures adherence to schedules, program policies, and regulatory requirements.
