As a working supervisor at a single property, ensure daily work is scheduled and completed on time complying with environmental and safety regulations. Performs a variety of Cemetery Maintenance work including operating machinery and manual labor. Train team on processes, procedures, equipment, and machinery providing constructive feedback. Build a trusting and reliable team. Cemetery Maintenance: - Perform and supervises cemetery maintenance and grounds keeping daily workload. Develop work schedule, set deadlines, and delegate assignments. Ensure cemetery services exceed customer expectations. Establish and communicate work, quality, and safety expectations. Coordinate staff work and time-off schedules ensuring appropriate coverage and minimizing overtime; approve timecards. - Manage grounds keeping, landscaping, and seasonal plantings presenting a welcoming and manicured appearance of properties.
