Job Description Summary As a Land Coordinator in Build to Rent working for Taylor Morrison, Yardly you will provide administrative and coordination support to the Land Department, work with Land Department Staff to assist with timely delivery of projects by preparing and administering contracts, tracking and processing invoices, maintaining project files, and preparing project binders; and coordinate with all departments to assist in the setup of new communities including processing of Department of Real Estate, Homeowners Associations, and lender paperwork and applications.
