The Biodiversity Offset Scheme (BOS) Systems Program team drives strategic initiatives to modernise systems, improve digital service delivery, and enhance operational efficiency across the organisation. The team collaborates with stakeholders to deliver innovative technology solutions, strengthen governance and reporting, and support successful change management outcomes. - Temporary full-time opportunity until 30 Jun 2027, 35 hours/week - Office location - Parramatta, flexible working supported - Salary relative to experience, and ranges from $149,739 to $173,174+ super & leave loading About the role: We are seeking an experienced Senior Change Manager to lead end-to-end change strategies supporting a major Digital Transformation program.
