Job Description Assistant Store Manager @MAX MARA FLAGSHIP STORE We are looking for an Assistant Store Manager for our Max Mara Flagship Store in London. The ideal candidate is a dynamic, strongly goal-oriented professional with several years of experience as an Assistant Store Manager within fashion and/or luxury companies, preferably in a structured retail organization. The Assistant Store Manager will be responsible for maximizing sales in line with company standards by guiding, motivating, and supporting the professional growth of the on-floor team. They will ensure that staff allocation is effective and aligned with store traffic and commercial objectives.
