In this position... The Process and Strategy Engineer supports the systems, standards, analytics, and operating processes that enable successful vehicle and powertrain launches. This role helps develop and maintain launch playbooks, business tools, performance reporting, and cross-functional process improvements that improve launch readiness and execution across the organization. Position Duties: This individual contributor role supports the foundation of the launch organization by helping teams work from common processes, clear data, and practical business tools. The Engineer will collaborate with plant launch teams, program teams, and cross-functional partners to improve consistency, visibility, and operational discipline. What you'll do... Cross-Functional Integration: Work closely with manufacturing, product development, quality, finance, purchasing, IT, and other partners to support launch objectives, resolve issues, and improve alignment.
