ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Sets up workstations with all needed packaging, utensils, and supplies - Maintains a clean, sanitary, and organized workstation and packaging counter. Takes ownership of area - Prepares and packages food and drink orders according to established guidelines - Reads monitor/screen to identify orders that need to be prepared - Complies with standard portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards and kitchen policies - Verifies accuracy of orders before final delivery to customer - Ensures ingredients and products are fresh and within established holding time - Other general duties include: minor food preparation, stocking of supplies, sweeping, mopping, discarding of trash, filling ice bins. - Observes health, sanitation, and food safety guidelines - Maintains cleanliness, organization, and rotation of the display cooler. - Stocks and maintains sufficient levels of food products - Cleans dining areas, tables, and r...
