This role is responsible for owning and scaling billing operations to support rapid company growth, with a focus on execution, process ownership, and operational efficiency. Reporting to the VP, Controller, you will own the end-to-end billing process across subscription and usage-based revenue. You will be accountable for billing accuracy, timeliness, and customer experience, while partnering with billing systems teams to improve automation and scalability. This is a hands-on operator role. You will lead day-to-day billing execution, manage exceptions, and ensure billing runs reliably as the business scales.
