We’re Hiring: Regional Manager for Denmark at Lager 157! Do you have a strong leadership presence, a passion for developing store managers and a drive to ensure efficient and high-quality retail operations? If so, this could be the perfect role for you. As Regional Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a number of stores, including making regular store visits. You will work both operationally and strategically to guarantee that we achieve our sales goals, maintain the highest standards in customer service and store operations, and develop a strong team of store managers. Responsibilities: Store Operations & Sales Goals: Monitor key figures, identify areas for improvement, and ensure stores consistently reach their targets. Leadership & Staff: Guide and support store managers to achieve high performance. Take responsibility for recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing staff development. Reporting & Follow-Up: Report regularly to the Country Manager and ensure stores receive the tools and support required to succeed.
