We sell and service a wide-variety of equipment Including Large and Small Construction Tractors, Forklifts, and Prime/Stand-by-Power Generation. THIS POSITION IS LOCATED IN PLEASANT GROVE CA. SUMMARY: The Inventory Planning Specialist plays a key role in ensuring the equipment is available to meet customer demand. This position partners closely with Caterpillar, vendors, and internal sales teams to plan, order, and manage new machine and attachment inventory. Responsibilities include coordinating equipment orders, tracking inventory, maintaining accurate records, and facilitating dealer trades to support sales opportunities. In addition, the role contributes to forecasting and strategic inventory planning by managing equipment forecasts in Caterpillar’s Dealer Planning Application (DPA), analyzing inventory levels and sales trends, and supporting the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process.
