Job description

Title: Senior Manager, Lease Administration Reports To: Senior Director of Revenue and Process Optimization Position Summary: The Senior Manager, Lease Administration will play a critical role in implementing the new Yardi ERP system, with a focus on the Lead-to-Lease and Residential Management workstreams. Leveraging prior experience, this role will ensure the platform meets business requirements, aligns with operational constraints, and delivers value to the organization. In parallel with the implementation, this role will provide ongoing process, system, and operational support to the Regional Revenue teams to ensure consistency, accuracy, and compliance across all regions. The Senior Manager will also produce analysis and reporting on revenue process for leadership.
