About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking a LoanIQ Trainer – Commercial Loan Servicing professional to support operational excellence by combining deep system expertise, hands-on servicing knowledge, and structured training delivery for commercial loan servicing teams. In this role, you will: - Lead and support training, coaching, and knowledge transfer activities related to LoanIQ for complex commercial loan products, with a focus on bilateral loan structures - Serve as a subject matter expert and trainer for LoanIQ functionality, servicing workflows, and best practices across the commercial loan lifecycle - Develop, facilitate, and maintain LoanIQ training materials , job aids, and process documentation aligned to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements - Lead a variety of servicing activities for complex commercial products, leveraging LoanIQ expertise to ensure accurate setup, maintenance, and servicing - Serve as a primary liaison and work collaboratively with Sales, Legal, Control, Risk, Technology, and Operations teams to support customer-focused servicing and training needs - Review and support complex loan servicing transactions, evaluate risks, and identify proced...
