Press Brake Operator - 2nd Shift

$3.00 Shift Differential Primary focus is to operate the Press Brake to produce parts to be used in the fabrication and assembly of equipment. Secondary functions include, but are not limited to, operation of other equipment as needed and performing light maintenance on the Press Brake. Complete layout lines from blueprints for bending purposes. Essential Functions/Key Accountabilities: - Follow direction provided by Plate Shop Supervisor or designee. - Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to, and enforcing, all safety procedures and policies inside and outside the facility, including use of personal protective and McLanahan equipment as required. - Represent McLanahan Corporation in a positive manner both internally and externally while adhering to the organization’s core values. - Communicate effectively with co-workers, management, customers, and others in a courteous and professional manner. - Load and unload materials to and from the Press Brake. - Maintain a clean work area utilizing 5S principles and daily organizational skills. - Produce materials within prescribed standards for both quality and timeliness. - Demonstrated ability to read and understand mechanic b...
