Job Title MAC Manager Job Description Summary: The role of the MAC Manager is to assist with the implementation of relocations, logistic moves, furniture reconfigurations, and IT systems for moves of people, daily/weekly additions of the client team, or changes to the configuration of a client (name change, deletion, termination, etc). This role supports our Global MAC Manager SME who is overseeing the management of our Global MAC Projects. This role will have a main focus on NOAM MAC Support and coordination with our Occupancy Planners. This role is highly interactive with the client site population and vendors. A strong customer service focus and desire to provide direct assistance to the client population is required.
