DevOps Engineer

Job description

The Role We are looking for a motivated and hands-on DevOps Engineer with 3-5 years of experience to join our agile, cross-functional product team. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing highly secure, scalable, and reliable cloud platform solutions on AWS. You will collaborate with the Head of DevOps and other technical leaders to build and maintain infrastructure, automation, monitoring, and security processes. Additionally, you will play a key role in supporting ISO 27001 / ISMS / SOC2 Type II compliance efforts. This role requires strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, excellent communication, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. While an infrastructure background is beneficial, you should also be comfortable writing scripts and basic software code to enhance and streamline operations. This is a hybrid role based in Houston, TX. This role requires working in-office 2-3 days per week.
