Location(s): Russellville, AR, US, 72802 Function: Manufacturing: Reports to: Operations Leader: Audience: Hourly: Work Arrangement: On Site: Job Title: Extruder Operator: Rate of Pay: $27.00 hr w/ $1.00 hr shift differential for Nights Shift: 2/2/3 Schedule: - Days Shift: 7:40 AM to 8:00 PM - Night Shift: 7:40 PM to 8:00 AM PURPOSE OF THE JOB: The primary objective of this position is to manage and safely operate all Foam Extruder, Resin Silo unloading and Quality Control requirements. This position will efficiently operate and perform tasks on the Russellville XPS Foam Plant’s Extruder, tasks include but are not limited to: product changeovers maintaining process within targets performing inspections and CILT’s reporting out performance. As an operations team member, you will have many opportunities to extend your skill base and will be expected to accept responsibility and be accountable for contributing to the successful operation of the plant.
