As a People Operations Specialist (m/f/d) , being part of the Europe East People Team (distributed across Poland, Croatia and Ukraine) , you will support day-to-day HR operations, ensure smooth and compliant employee lifecycle processes while contributing to a great employee experience. About the Role: - Provide day-to-day HR support to our awesome teams in Europe East region making sure interactions are positive, responsive, and leave employees feeling supported - Cooperate with external payroll providers to ensure smooth, accurate payroll processing, providing timely and precise data every month (e.g. timesheets, salary updates, updates on new hires & leavers) - Administer employment contracts, annexes, terminations, and other HR documents with a keen eye for detail, ensuring everything is in perfect order - Manage employee benefits across your countries, making sure our offerings are competitive,...
