As a Contracts Specialist, you will be a key member of the Legal Function, providing internal legal support on a wide range of commercial contracts matters. Your day-to-day focus will be on supporting our commercial contracting activities, including conducting contract reviews, drafting contracts and taking part in negotiations. You may also be required to provide ad-hoc advice on related legal matters with appropriate support and to provide contracts training to our commercial teams. You will be joining a large, friendly in-house team, with lots of support. You will work closely with other in-house lawyers across all Thermo Fisher businesses and various other functions such as R&D, Product Development, Commercial Licensing and Sales teams, IP and Procurement.
