PARALEGAL: PUBLIC PROTECTION & ADVOCACY BUREAU: INSURANCE & FINANCIAL SERVICES DIVISION: The Attorney General's Office is looking for a high-motivated individual to serve as a Paralegal in the Insurance & Financial Services Division (IFSD). The Division handles investigations, mediations, and enforcement actions related to banking, securities, insurance products, and other financial services. Primary Duties: · The Paralegal will provide administrative, technical, and investigative support relating to ongoing settlement implementations, mediations, and consumer outreach. · The Paralegal will also assist IFSD attorneys and technical staff in ongoing litigation and related investigations.
