We have an opportunity for an experienced, commercially focused leader to join the People Department as Manager of the People Strategy & Governance . The role provides leadership in the design, implementation, and oversight of the RBA people strategy, as well as its governance frameworks, policies and practices. About the team: Reporting to the Deputy Head of People, this role will form part of the Centre of Excellence within the People Department. You’ll work closely with our senior leaders and People Leadership team to understand organisational needs and ensure solutions are aligned to the strategic goals of the RBA whilst fostering a high performance, open and dynamic culture.
