Job Title: General Maintenance: Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Paid Vacation and Employee Perks Status Type : Full Time or Part Time - Follow resorts preventive maintenance procedures and guidelines for guestrooms, equipment, public space, grounds, and buildings and swimming pool areas. - This position will be focused on preventative maintenance. - Applicants must have an eye for detail, be able to paint and wallpaper. - Respond to and handle guest requests in a courteous, efficient, safe manner. - Maintain complete knowledge of and comply with all departmental policies/service procedures/standards. - Maintain complete knowledge of correct maintenance and use of equipment. Use equipment only as intended. - Anticipate guests' needs, respond promptly and acknowledge all guests, however busy and whatever time of day. - Maintain positive guest relations at all times. - Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation and organization of assigned work areas. - R eceive daily work assignments from Director of Resort Facilities and review priorities and special projects. - Or ganize materials, tools and equipment to perform daily assignments. - Mai ntain timelines and work schedule in acc...
