As our Loan Processor 1, you’ll play a key role in ensuring a smooth lending experience by preparing files, supporting processors and closers, and providing exceptional service to members and internal partners. What You’ll Do (Your Impact): - Provide prompt, courteous, and thorough assistance to members throughout the loan process using multiple communication channels. - Submit complete, accurate loan applications to underwriting, ensuring necessary documentation and regulatory compliance. - Monitor your daily pipeline to keep tasks current and completed within expected timelines. - Collaborate with underwriters, Mortgage Loan Officers, and internal/external partners to optimize both the employee and member experience. - Prepare final closing packages and ensure all required numbers and documents reach the appropriate parties within established timeframes. - Maintain organized member files and support the ordering and verification of key documentation.
