Senior Quantity Surveyor - MBS Department: MBS - Manchester: Employment Type: Full Time: Location: Manchester - McBains, 4th floor, 1 St James Square, M2 6DN Description: Due to continued growth, McBains are looking for a qualified senior quantity surveyor or senior cost manager to join our team. Ideally, the candidate will have a minimum of 6+ years’ experience, be self-motivated and confident in a client facing role managing multiple projects and clients within the residential, higher education and healthcare sectors. Pre- and post-contract experience is required, as well as knowledge and experience of working with residential developers, local authorities, universities, and healthcare Trusts. Some UK travel may be required as part of this role.
