THE SALVATION ARMY North and Central Illinois Division: JOB DESCRIPTION: JOB TITLE: Program Aide (Summer Youth Program) LOCATION/DEPT: Peoria Citadel: REPORTS TO: Youth Director: PEOPLE MANAGER : No: FLSA CATEGORY: Non-Exempt, Full Time.
