With a large emphasis on upholding brand standards, the group fitness coordinator trains and develops the instructor team to ensure an exceptional member experience. Spearheading group fitness at gym level, the group fitness manager works in conjunction with the personal training managers and general managers at all locations under their purview to promote the group fitness program and enhance the member experience.
