Overview EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATION: Do you have progressive construction project experience and the drive to lead small to mid-size projects or a sub-group on larger efforts while building strong client relationships? MBP is looking for a Lead Consultant/Engineer to support projects with progressive responsibility across diverse sectors. Ideal candidates are ready to take a lead role on small to mid-size projects or a sub-group on larger assignments and contribute to client-facing coordination and project delivery. Responsibilities: What You'll Do: Provide guidance on projects from conception through closeout while serving as a key client contact and public interface. Coordinate with Senior Engineer, Construction Manager, or Project Manager to support strategic project objectives. Lead small to mid-size assignments or a sub-group on large projects, exercising independent judgment with periodic guidance.
