About the opportunity As Australia’s newest uranium producer, we’re growing and looking for an experienced Mechanical Fitters to join our Maintenance team at the Honeymoon mine site in South Australia. Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for providing mechanical servicing, metal fabrication and preventative maintenance on the processing plant, wellfields and camp facilities. You’ll identify improvements to equipment/plant to increase reliability and improve efficiency & plant output. Our Maintenance Department is small and responsible for the maintenance of all plant and equipment across the entire site. Working on a small site, you’ll need excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with your team and others, across the business. We work collaboratively and support each other to “get the job done,” safely and efficiently. The role will be FIFO from the Adelaide charter terminal or Port Augusta, direct to site on an 8:6 roster. We will also consider DIDO from Broken Hill.
