Overview Mental health professionals know that youth and teens need support more now than ever before. This position offers the opportunity to improve lives by offering direct support in a school setting. This full-time role will work in the Windsor School District. Responsibilities: - Provide consumer-driven services as identified in individualized treatment, recovery, and safety plans , ensuring services support students’ emotional, behavioral, and social development. - Utilize evidence-based practices , including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), trauma-informed care, and developmentally appropriate interventions based on students’ developmental stages. - Deliver therapeutic and supportive services within the school environment , collaborating with teachers, administrators, and school staff to support student success. - Refer and link students and families to additional services and community resources to address mental health, social, and family needs. - Support students in developing coping skills, emotional regulation, problem-solving, and resilience . - Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings , including school staff and other service providers, to coordinate care a...
