Posting City: Calgary: Posting State: Alberta: Exempt or Non-Exempt Position: Exempt: Shift: A.M. shift, P.M. shift: Requirements and Description: Essential Functions: - Daily allocation and management of manpower, aircraft movement and loading, baggage movement, towing, and cargo operations. - Allocate, track, order, ship, receive, sign out equipment and supplies. - Conduct coaching and follow-up as it relates to equipment usage and task assignments. - Allocate ground service equipment and communicate with our maintenance shop. - Monitor aircraft movements to identify potential issues and proactively develop solutions balancing our airline partner’s needs with our equipment, ground time, etc. to mitigate the impacts of off-schedule operations on our guests and our KPIs. - Allocate ground service equipment and communicate with our maintenance shop. - Collaborate with our airline partners in their control centre, to ensure the best decisions are being made for safety and performance.
