SUMMARY: Ensure that all aspects of pupil transportation operations at the assigned terminal provide excellent customer service that focuses on safe and efficient transportation of students. Supervise, schedule/assign work to, and evaluate all assigned terminal personnel. Participate in bus driver negotiations. Serve in the place of the Director of Transportation in their absence.
