Job Title: Assistant Production Manager Location: Lemon Creek, Juneau, Alaska Pay: starts $24 - $28, DOE Hours: Monday - Thursday: 7:35am - 5:20pm Perks: Paid Time Off, Free Product, 4-day work week Specific Duties: Supervision of Crew Oversee and cultivate a safe, productive, and supportive work environment - Train crew members in production procedures - Observe and evaluate crew members and work procedures to ensure quality and efficiency standards are met - Provide praise and constructive feedback for crew members, redirecting as needed - Communicate clearly so that all expectations are shared and understood - Solicit and respond to feedback from crew members Production Management: Help lead Production of products (depending on business need and candidate aptitude) - Learn every day.
