Lead AI enablement across Primer: Act as the senior connective tissue between AI and every function, identifying where AI can materially improve how teams operate. Drive adoption through leaders, not around them Partner with functional leaders to identify high-impact AI opportunities, set priorities, and hold teams accountable for adoption and outcomes. Scale AI-powered ways of working: Coach teams to design and implement their own AI workflows, building internal capability rather than creating dependency.
